Sauteed Plantains
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 2 plantains, quartered
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium-low heat until the butter melts. Add the plantains and sauté until golden brown and fork tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Turn occasionally to brown all sides.
